Founded in 1997 in Mahottari, Nepal, RCDSC is a grassroots non-governmental organization that believes lasting peace and progress begin with equality.We work side by side with the most marginalized — the Dalit community, women, and children — to build confidence, leadership, and access to justice, health, and livelihoods.
